Staff Program Manager (Robotaxi)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; in-person work at hirify.global HQ four days per week

Base pay: $176,400–$264,600 per year, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global is a physical AI company developing Level 4 autonomous driving technology and a universal autonomy platform for robotaxis, logistics fleets, personal vehicles, and other mobility applications.

What you will do

• Own technical program execution for the robotaxi program across external partners and autonomy, hardware, and AI platform teams.
• Build and maintain the critical path for robotaxi deployment and scale-up across multiple cities.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, open items, performance, and progress over time.
• Identify issues early, support trade-off decisions, and drive internal and external problems to resolution.
• Prepare clear updates for leaders on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Build working relationships across hirify.global and with external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or business operations.
• Engineering degree.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in person from hirify.global HQ four days per week.
• Strong organization, communication, meeting leadership, and ability to quickly learn technical topics.

Nice to have

• Experience with large partnerships or external-facing programs.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, autonomy, robotics, mobility, AI, hardware/software, or another technical industry.
• Experience supporting launches, deployments, or scaled operational programs.
