Technical Program Manager (AI)

Base salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support technical programs and align engineering, operations, supply chain, and business priorities.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery tracking.
• Provide concise status updates, identify risks, and support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate compliance and security actions for annual audits, including ISO 27001.
• Track cross-functional migration and upgrade initiatives and report progress to executives.
• Drive scalable process improvements and identify opportunities to apply AI to program work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program management experience focused on software or hardware deployment initiatives.
• Familiarity with common AI platforms and their application to program management.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal teams during delivery of products or services.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, and cloud services such as SaaS or IaaS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting status updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.

Nice to have

• PMP, advanced project management, or Lean certification.
• Experience working with security and compliance teams.
