Implementation Manager (K-12 EdTech)

Location: United States; remote work. The role requires 20–25% travel, with heavier travel during back-to-school season.

On-track earnings: $80,000–$110,000 USD, including base pay and bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of school districts, including onboarding, data ingestion, module configuration, training, change management, communication, and project management.
• Lead kickoff calls and alignment sessions, defining stakeholder ownership, rollout timelines, and measurable success criteria.
• Build phased implementation plans based on purchased modules, grade levels served, and state compliance requirements such as eCap, CCRI, CCMR, and other state CCR mandates.
• Train district champions and lead recurring check-ins with district champions and executive sponsors.
• Maintain implementation trackers in Gainsight and Salesforce, documenting project status, action items, decisions, and milestones.
• Identify risks to launch timelines and escalate them to the Director of Implementations when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role; experience in K–12 EdTech or education services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different clients, timelines, and configurations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to district leadership and writing clear, action-oriented follow-ups.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to build consistent processes across a varied client portfolio.
