Implementation Manager (Remote)

Location: Home-based remote role in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States. Infrequent travel of less than 10% is required, with personal transportation available when needed. Relocation is not provided.

Salary: $57,000–$70,000 per year, with potential incentive and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit plan implementations.
• Direct client benefit plan installations and manage implementation strategies from pre-sale consultation through initial post-sale administration.
• Create, manage, and track project plans, issue logs, deliverables, owners, and target dates.
• Coordinate with sales, service teams, consultants, plan sponsors, and internal business units to resolve implementation issues.
• Evaluate client-requested exceptions, develop alternatives, and track cost-sensitive items outside the standard process.
• Analyze complex account and benefit structures and recommend designs aligned with client objectives and system, administration, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods.
• Ability to travel occasionally, less than 10%, and provide personal transportation when needed.
