IT Integration Support

Location: On-site in Farmers Branch, Texas, United States. Ability to travel up to 50%, including airline travel, and work outside normal business hours as needed.

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to end users and serve as an IT Operations point of contact.
• Diagnose and resolve computer, software, network, Windows, Active Directory, and domain issues.
• Monitor systems and maintain PCs, printers, scanners, networked software, and operating systems.
• Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners.
• Perform first-level problem determination, escalate unresolved issues, and update users on ticket status.
• Assist with special IT projects and meet required performance standards.

Requirements

• Field Technician experience.
• Experience with Cisco and networking.
• Basic experience in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including strong hands-on Microsoft Windows 10 experience.
• Experience with asset management and ITSM platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, customer-service, interpersonal, and professional communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, travel by airline, and work outside normal business hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Two years of IT Support experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Citrix or iGEL experience.
