IT Support Specialist II

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; full-time, in-person position.

Salary: $24.52–$39.90 per hour

What you will do

• Provide help desk support and resolve technical issues for internal employees.
• Maintain and support laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, and other network-enabled devices.
• Monitor, respond to, and resolve incidents in ITSM systems while meeting SLA performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS issues and perform hardware and software upgrades.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding and provide support across multiple locations.
• Install, move, and replace computer components and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of IT experience.
• Proven experience with ITSM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting skills.
• Some understanding of Active Directory or LDAP.
• Must meet U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. person or be eligible for deemed export licensing.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry IT and data regulations and standards.
