Professional Services Consultant (ConnectWise)

Location: US-Remote; onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location. Travel of 0–10% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle implementation projects or workstreams within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary consultant for mid-sized client engagements and manage stakeholder expectations and project outcomes.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize hirify.global solutions for technical and business requirements.
• Facilitate discovery, solution design, status, and training meetings with clients.
• Manage risks, scope changes, dependencies, documentation, timelines, and deliverables across project phases.
• Analyze workflows, recommend process improvements and automation, collaborate with product, support, and sales teams, contribute reusable delivery assets, mentor junior consultants, and support pre-sales scoping when needed.

Requirements

• Ability to independently manage full implementation projects while balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong consultative, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-influencing skills.
• Deep technical expertise in hirify.global platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze data, workflows, and requirements and develop structured, scalable solutions.
• Proactive approach to anticipating risks, gathering information, and driving resolution.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Collaborative approach, knowledge sharing, accountability, ownership, and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience, plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
