GTM Enablement Partner (SaaS)

Location: Oakland, California, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work-from-home options on Tuesday and Friday.

Salary: $144,000–$182,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage the logistics and execution of enablement programs, trainings, and events for the GTM Customer Success organization.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and GTM Enablement to keep initiatives on track.
• Maintain and update enablement content in LMS and CMS platforms.
• Support onboarding, skills training, and ongoing learning programs across the customer lifecycle.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and gather feedback and data to inform program improvements.
• Prepare leadership review materials and enablement communications while supporting global initiatives across Customer Success and Sales.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in project management, event coordination, enablement, learning and development, or a related operational role; SaaS or technology experience is preferred within this requirement.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs or events with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Strong organization, process orientation, attention to detail, and ability to balance details with the broader picture.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make information digestible for different audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, manage workload, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn enablement while applying transferable skills from project management, event planning, learning and development, or operations.
