Salary: $87,000–$112,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, managers, and employees across multiple regions and sites supporting more than 300 employees.
• Manage and resolve complex employee and labor relations issues, including objective investigations and compliance matters.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, workplace issues, performance management, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support HR recommendations, change initiatives, employee lifecycle processes, internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews.
• Collaborate with HR specialists in recruiting, training and development, compensation, and benefits to deliver programs for local facilities.
• Support training evaluation, employee development, retention, and career development initiatives, while leading scopes of work within regional HR projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to operate independently with management coaching and apply critical thinking to increasingly complex business needs within HR standards.
• Ability to propose solutions, align stakeholders, and manage complex issues across sites, including locations with organized labor or similar complexities.
