Innovation Enablement Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model. Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and support innovation programs, employee initiatives, workshops, events, and strategic projects.
• Design and facilitate workshops, innovation studios, planning activities, and collaborative experiences that support participation, learning, alignment, and decision-making.
• Coordinate stakeholders and support strategic planning, governance, portfolio management, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Conduct scouting, trend analysis, experimentation, rapid prototyping, pilots, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts focused on emerging technologies and new ways of working.
• Develop recommendations and communicate findings, program outcomes, and emerging opportunities through clear, compelling, and visually engaging materials.
• Support the growth of innovation capability and a culture of innovation across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, collaborative working sessions, innovation activities, and employee engagement experiences; knowledge of design thinking, ideation, experimentation, prototyping, and human-centered design.
• Program and project coordination experience, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, delivery tracking, workback schedules, project plans, status updates, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, competing priorities, ambiguous challenges, and fast-paced delivery environments.
• Experience with concept exploration, scouting, benchmarking, trend analysis, environmental scanning, and evaluation of emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
• Ability to design, execute, and learn from experiments, pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts, and synthesize findings into recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation development, storytelling, content design, and ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging messages.
• Experience creating visually engaging documents, presentations, reports, mock-ups, and communication materials.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, listening, conflict-resolution, and collaboration skills, including influencing without formal authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and collaborative digital workspaces; experience with digital collaboration, workshop, visualization, or design tools.
• Curious, creative, experimental, adaptable, and learning-oriented mindset with initiative, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to balance creativity with execution.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with financial systems.
