Project Manager, New Product Introduction – Advanced Imaging

Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid with four days onsite and one remote

Salary: CAD 76,800–102,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead product development and New Product Introduction projects through commercialization and production launch.
• Build integrated plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations stakeholders.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation and escalation, and facilitate project, risk, and phase-gate reviews.
• Guide design transfer, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and production transition.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision records, change documentation, and PMO governance practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or programme management experience in engineering, hardware development, or manufacturing.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and decision-facilitation skills.
• Experience with PLM, industrialization, commercialization, and cross-functional product development.
• Familiarity with engineering change and configuration management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to work in the Richmond, British Columbia hybrid arrangement, with four days onsite each week.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or progress towards certification.
• Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, or Scrum experience.
• Experience in ISO or regulated environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Wrike, or Asana.
