eProcurement System Implementation and Adoption Specialist (eProcurement)

Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States; work in the Washington, DC office.

Salary: $180,000–$195,000 annually.

What you will do

• Build requirements traceability matrices, design test scenarios, gather acceptance evidence, participate in discovery and configuration reviews, and support UAT.
• Test procurement workflows including single- and dual-envelope processes, sealed submissions, bid openings, evaluations, approvals, audit trails, and reporting.
• Translate MCC procurement procedures into roles, permissions, workflows, templates, approvals, notifications, and reports.
• Coordinate MCA readiness, onboarding, configuration, training, test data, migration, integrations, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization, starting with Mozambique and Kosovo.
• Create job aids, demonstrations, role-based training, and train-the-trainer support; provide first-line functional support and track issue resolution.
• Define procurement metrics and data quality checks, validate reporting views, and collaborate with data/BI and MCC-MIS or SAP specialists on dashboards and integrations.

Requirements

• Strong background in procurement processes, especially public or international development procurement.
• Experience with eProcurement or similar enterprise system implementations, including configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and training materials.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across MCC, MCAs, providers, and other organizations.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong documentation skills, including traceability matrices, test plans, issue logs, workarounds, risks, and decisions.
• Familiarity with data quality, reporting, and dashboarding concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise data systems.
• Background in international development or donor-funded programs.
• Experience with train-the-trainer models.
• Familiarity with audit trail and segregation-of-duties requirements in system access.
