Digital Consulting Senior Associate, Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Location: Remote in the United States; listed locations include Chicago, 550 Van Buren, and Toronto, 55 University Ave. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Base salary: $120,000–$145,000 USD annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $134,400–$171,100 USD.

What you will do

• Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations focused on Procure-to-Pay for Higher Education clients.
• Support Oracle Cloud implementation projects across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with integration, reporting, and data teams on end-to-end solution design.
• Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements and current-state processes, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions and create future-state solution designs.
• Support SIT, UAT, issue resolution, deployment readiness, client interaction, project management, data analysis, client-ready presentations, and the development of Analysts and Coachees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, and interfacing with business users.
• Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay implementation experience, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities.
• Strong analytical skills for translating meeting information into documentation for participants and project teams.
• Ability to own project workstreams through planning and organization with little to no supervision.
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to work with clients or internal project teams.
