Oracle EPM Cloud Administrator, Digital FP&A

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts; 70% in-office work model. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export control requirements.

Salary: $130,800–$209,400 per year, plus potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Partner with FP&A stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Design, build, test, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities and enhancements.
• Lead small to mid-sized Financial Planning technology initiatives from requirements through adoption.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, revenue, operating expense, workforce, capital expense, allocations, and management reporting.
• Design integrated solutions across SAP, master data, EPM, enterprise data platforms, reporting, and analytics.
• Explore AI, advanced analytics, and automation for forecasting, scenario analysis, variance insights, and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning systems, Finance technology, EPM, or related enterprise applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud, PBCS, or EPBCS experience, including configuration, development, or implementation.
• Experience with enterprise budgeting, forecasting, or long-range planning processes and financial data integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions and delivering enhancements through implementation.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person and work in the Cambridge office under the 70/30 model; non-U.S. persons cannot be sponsored for an export control license.

Nice to have

• Experience with Calculation Manager, Groovy, Data Integration, EPM Automate, REST APIs, Smart View, and business rules.
• Knowledge of Oracle FCCS, SAP Finance, and financial or master data structures.
• Experience with AWS, Redshift, S3, Tableau, Databricks, SQL, or Python.
• Experience applying predictive analytics or Generative AI to Finance and FP&A use cases.
• Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated-industry experience.
