Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud SCM & P2P

Location: Remote, United States of America; Chicago - 550 Van Buren. Travel up to 50% may be required to work with clients or internal project teams.

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 base annually. The role is also eligible for annual incentive compensation, with total estimated compensation of $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay transformation programs for Higher Education organizations.
• Advise executive stakeholders on supply chain modernization and procurement strategy.
• Lead solution design and implementation across Oracle P2P, including Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal or Management, and Accounts Payable.
• Manage end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, testing, deployment, risk management, and post-go-live support.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop consulting team members through performance management and career development.
• Drive engagement financial performance through resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of end-to-end Oracle Cloud P2P implementation or production support experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client or internal project teams.
