ERP Solutions Engineer, Finance

What you will do

• Gather Finance requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP designs.
• Configure and maintain finance modules covering general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management, project accounting, and procurement.
• Design and support integrations with banking, payroll, expense, CRM, billing, and data warehouse systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and extensions using native ERP tools and SQL; support migrations, conversions, and reconciliations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot root causes, and support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Manage releases, testing, controls, audit evidence, documentation, and process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years supporting or implementing ERP finance modules such as Oracle Fusion/EBS, SAP S/4HANA, or NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, or middleware.
• Familiarity with change management, testing methodologies, SDLC, and system controls supporting SOX and segregation of duties.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Oracle Fusion ERP implementation or migration experience.
• Integration platform or scripting experience.
• Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
• CPA, ERP vendor, or PMP certification.
• Government contracting or regulated-industry experience.
