Salary: $199,300–$249,100 per year for Illinois-based applicants

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for enterprise systems supporting supply chain and manufacturing.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of applications for planning, procurement, inventory, production, quality, logistics, and supplier operations.
• Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of large-scale ERP and connected enterprise platforms.
• Partner with plant leadership, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, product, finance, security, data, and executive stakeholders.
• Modernize legacy systems and workflows through automation, cloud technologies, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data platforms.
• Deliver practical AI use cases for workflow automation, forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent operations, and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including significant ERP experience with platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering, enterprise applications, or technology operations teams.
• Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or other complex industrial operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, application integration, data platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, reliability, cybersecurity, observability, and performance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization, data governance, and people-leadership skills.
