Sales Trainer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and manage large-scale learning programs for New Business Sales, defining program structures, objectives, outcomes, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Partner with instructional designers to create program frameworks, align courses with learning outcomes, and sequence content into learner-friendly pathways.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based methods to develop evaluation strategies and improve program effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Coordinate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders; communicate program vision, objectives, and progress.
• Monitor learning trends and best practices, refine program structures, and maintain quality and consistency.
• Integrate AI into program development, learner movement, automation, and workflow efficiency using Glean, ChatGPT, bots, and agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum program development, education, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Experience designing and managing large-scale learning programs.
• Strong familiarity with outcome-based instructional design approaches, such as backwards design.
• Expertise in instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM, and learning taxonomies such as Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple program components.
• Proficiency with eLearning technologies, LMS platforms, and collaborative tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking, ability to align teams around a cohesive vision, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and adaptability in integrating new learning methods.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or certifications in instructional design, learning and development, or project management.
• Experience in a corporate or enterprise learning environment.
• Familiarity with backwards design, design thinking, and/or Action Mapping.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in learning technology, microlearning, or adaptive learning.
• Experience developing training for prospecting or outbound sales.
