Senior Talent Partner

Location: London, UK. Hybrid work, with collaboration in the office three days per week for most roles.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategies, including attraction, sourcing, qualification, assessment, and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers across Operations and G&A to define requirements, assess trade-offs, and calibrate hiring standards.
• Use market intelligence and hiring data to shape recruiting strategy and identify process improvements.
• Run rigorous and engaging assessment processes while maintaining a high quality-of-hire bar.
• Manage candidate relationships through evaluation, closing plans, feedback, compensation negotiations, and offer acceptance.
• Build talent pools and maintain relationships with strong unsuccessful finalists.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an in-house Talent Partner role supporting multiple hiring managers.
• Experience working in a scaling, highly agile business environment.
• Ability to build trust with managers through strong delivery and effective stakeholder partnership.
• Experience designing or improving assessments, evaluating candidates, and influencing hiring teams to maintain high standards.
• Strong candidate relationship management skills, including sensitive feedback conversations and compensation negotiations.
• Ability to combine quantitative hiring data with qualitative feedback and use AI in everyday recruiting workflows.
