Talent Partner (AI)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid work with office collaboration three days per week for most roles; the work-from-anywhere scheme allows up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across Operations and G&A, from sourcing and qualification through hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, assess market conditions, calibrate evaluation standards, and challenge assumptions with data.
• Design structured interview and assessment processes and coach hiring managers on effective evaluation.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the process, provide timely feedback, maintain a strong candidate experience, and build talent pools from silver medallists.
• Analyse pipeline data to identify process issues and adjust sourcing or recruiting approaches.
• Use recruiting tools and AI workflows to improve productivity, data quality, and hiring operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or Talent Partner supporting multiple hiring managers, ideally in a scaling and agile organisation.
• Ability to advise hiring managers using market knowledge and credible recruiting expertise.
• Experience evaluating candidates, maintaining calibration, and designing or improving structured assessments.
• Strong candidate relationship management and feedback communication skills.
• Comfort using data and qualitative feedback to identify problems and change course.
• Autonomous, curious, adaptable, and rigorous about data hygiene and verifying AI-generated outputs.
