What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering roles across autonomy, robotics, perception, planning, embedded software, distributed systems, simulation, machine learning, and infrastructure.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies across aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, AI/ML, and adjacent industries.
- Advise engineering leadership on talent-market trends, compensation competitiveness, hiring risks, and workforce planning.
- Manage pipeline health, funnel data, stakeholder communication, and recruiting operations.
- Improve scalability through process documentation, interview calibration, and recruiting-tool optimization.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining hiring speed and quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including complex software engineering searches across EMEA.
- Proven success recruiting software, autonomy, robotics, embedded software, perception, infrastructure, or machine learning engineers.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, technical architectures, and engineering organizations.
- Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong sourcing, market-mapping, communication, stakeholder-management, and operational-execution skills.
- Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, AI/ML, automotive, or other highly technical industries.
- Familiarity with autonomy stacks, robotics systems, embedded software, distributed systems, simulation, or machine learning workflows.
- Experience supporting rapid organizational growth and influencing workforce planning or recruiting operations.
