What you will do

• Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, conduct data-driven analysis, and deliver recommendations.
• Lead rigorous analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunities.
• Develop and present recommendations and deliverables for executive-level audiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, and accelerate execution.
• Lead strategic projects across the complete lifecycle, from current-state analysis and opportunity quantification through solution development, stakeholder alignment, and implementation.
• Optimize operations and business processes to improve performance, reduce cycle time, and generate cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from multiple data sources.
• Expert-level knowledge of Excel and Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence others.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail orientation and the ability to connect information and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Broad understanding and experience in service business management, product development, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.

Nice to have

• Prior management consulting or internal consulting experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• MBA or equivalent business experience.
