Growth Strategy Principal (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Kentucky, with options to work from hirify.global's New York office or Louisville headquarters; majority of remote work is conducted on Eastern time. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,900–$191,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage multiple high-profile, high-impact strategy projects, with an emphasis on Medicare Advantage strategy development.
• Lead small teams that deconstruct business issues, conduct targeted research and analysis, and develop logical solutions and recommendations.
• Lead interviews and working sessions with Enterprise Growth leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
• Direct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and distill insights for hirify.global.
• Create high-quality deliverables that frame objectives, issues, and challenges and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Shape implementation considerations, collaborate with business owners, and facilitate strategic integration and consensus across the Growth organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 6–8+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate or business unit strategy, or finance, including a strong record of leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with business leaders.
• Highly collaborative, flexible, and teamwork-oriented working style.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, PhD, or another graduate degree in a management field.
• Managed care and/or healthcare services work experience.
