Compliance Professional (Medicaid State Reporting)

Location: Remote US; must reside in the eastern or central time zones within the contiguous United States. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate, prepare, review, and submit required Medicaid state reports according to established requirements and timelines.
• Partner with business owners, market partners, and stakeholders to collect information and data needed for reporting.
• Educate and support business owners and market partners on state reporting processes, requirements, and expectations.
• Review and validate reporting data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Identify and escalate data gaps, reporting issues, and process concerns that may affect timely and accurate reporting.
• Support new and amended state reporting requirements, maintain reporting documentation, and improve reporting consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must reside in the eastern or central time zones within the contiguous United States.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, insurance services, and/or regulated services.
• At least 3 years of compliance or project/process management experience.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions and protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet service must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Experience analyzing data and metrics to influence departmental process changes.
• Prior health insurance industry experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot.
