Regulatory Compliance & Ethics Program Administrator III (Healthcare)

Salary: $92,400–$157,100 per year

What you will do

• Assess proposed and final regulations, regulatory directives, and related implementation requirements.
• Analyze and communicate regulatory and compliance questions clearly to employees and leadership.
• Develop education, tools, and resources that support self-service compliance research.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and external workgroups as part of regulatory advocacy.
• Track departmental metrics and improve monitoring of OFAC and sanctions screening, conflicts of interest, reporting, and third-party oversight.
• Use LEAN methodologies to streamline regulatory compliance and ethics processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of work experience.
• Four years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, public policy, or internal audit, or related postgraduate education and experience.
• Strong research, analytical, written, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and legislative processes.
• Ability to explain complex technical and regulatory information clearly and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.

Nice to have

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification.
• Healthcare or insurance experience.
