Project Management Associate Director (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid work is available remotely up to two days per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $155,700–$233,500 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex Supply Chain projects and programs, including project planning, execution, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and logistics.
• Partner with Digital Technology and Engineering to define deliverables using digital data, automation, and AI.
• Establish Supply Chain governance, standardized project management tools, processes, and best practices.
• Communicate program status, milestones, risks, issues, contingencies, benefits realization, and change adoption to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct scenario analyses, recommend alternative plans, and identify acceleration opportunities.
• Develop tools for project management, benefit measurement, ROI projection and reporting, while coaching and mentoring professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Typically 8 years of work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in project management.
• Experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Significant experience with MS Project and Smartsheet.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning principles and tools, including charters, project interdependency matrices, business cases, ROI calculations, and change management tools.
• Significant experience managing complex project teams and personnel, as well as large portfolios of complex projects.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas across functional boundaries, gain alignment, and influence action.
• Ability to align projects with leadership, departmental strategy, department goals, and corporate goals.
• Ability to maintain procedural and ethical standards and cultivate healthy team morale.
