Technology Change Management, Senior Associate (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office. Ability to travel more than 50% locally and internationally.

Compensation range: $81,400–$153,500 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver finance transformation projects covering readiness assessments, business process improvement, shared services implementation, business cases, technology deployment, surveys, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training.
• Lead and supervise project teams, guide client stakeholders, monitor progress and risks, and deliver work on time and within budget.
• Apply organizational change management frameworks and support employee behavior change, resistance reduction, engagement, and adoption.
• Build client relationships, deliver concurrent projects, identify additional opportunities, and support business development.
• Develop industry specialization, targeting, marketing, training activities, and new products or deliverables for the OCM transformation environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a large organization or professional services firm.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing project teams from sales through project closure.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, mature judgment, executive presence, and stakeholder or client relationship management capability.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Expert understanding of transformation and change management, including the people, processes, and technology supporting the function.
• Understanding of business processes and organizational change frameworks including Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s model, and William Bridges’ transition model.
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve productivity and work quality; understand AI limitations, risks, and responsible use; critically evaluate AI-generated outputs; integrate AI into workflows and business processes; and stay current with emerging AI capabilities.
• Ability to travel more than 50% locally and internationally.

Nice to have

• Fluent French.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP from ACMP, or APMG Change Management Practitioner certification.
