Client Coordinator (Packaging)

What you will do

• Coordinate with artwork production, quality control, print development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Enter client information into the Product Lifestyle Management system.
• Communicate job progress and respond to customer queries by telephone, Teams, and email.
• Interpret results and reports, take appropriate action, and liaise with staff and clients.
• Prepare electronic certificates, reports, and invoices accurately and on time.
• Book in and send samples, support credit control, participate in meetings and projects, and help improve office processes.

Requirements

• Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced artwork and packaging environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills with staff and clients at all levels.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage pressure and priorities.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; the role requires amending Excel documents.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills for producing reports and documents.
