Technical Product Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Assess, design, and develop healthcare solutions with product, platform, engineering, data science, design, clinical, and customer-facing teams.
• Lead technical product management from opportunity assessment through delivery, including requirements and PRDs.
• Analyze data with SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, and related tools to size opportunities, evaluate experiments, and measure customer impact.
• Define data requirements and integration options using FHIR, HL7, CCL, and related healthcare data sources.
• Build and validate solutions through rapid, iterative prototyping and experimentation.
• Package proven solutions for scalable deployment to customers through the Delivery team.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong professional presence when working with customers and partners.
• Systematic, analytical, and detail-oriented problem-solving grounded in business use cases and end-user workflows.
• Startup mindset and willingness to contribute wherever the team needs support.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing or Sales.
• Experience with project or program management tools and techniques, including maintaining lightweight project structures during rapid iteration.
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Integration, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or related roles.
• Experience working with healthcare data and scoping data requirements for new solutions.
• Familiarity with generative AI and machine learning concepts, especially agentic generative AI frameworks and prompt engineering, and the ability to learn further.
• High-level understanding of backend software infrastructure, strong proficiency in SQL or a comparable database or data warehouse querying language, and familiarity with standard coding concepts and reading code.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up healthcare data streams with an interface engine such as Rhapsody or Mirth.
• Experience integrating with a health system through FHIR endpoints.
• Experience as a software developer.
• Experience with analytics software such as Sigma or Tableau.
