Software Engineer Intern, Agent (AI)

What you will do

• Work directly on production AI agents for hirify.global’s customers.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI agents.
• Ship product features and learn from real-world use cases at scale.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical contexts to deliver customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
• A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency, including finding creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship.
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• The intern program is open to students graduating from December 2027 through June 2028.
