Technical Product Manager - Payouts (Fintech)

Location: USA; Conditions: Miami. Remote work is available, with an optional hybrid model in Miami.

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 base annually in Miami.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and results for the shared Payouts Platform used across Félix products.
• Build self-serve payout capabilities that product teams can adopt without rebuilding payout infrastructure.
• Expand payout coverage across Latin America and other markets, including instant payments, wallets, cash networks, and crypto rails.
• Define partner strategy, evaluate providers, establish direct integrations, and route volume to effective partners.
• Improve routing, validation, success rates, speed, and cost per payout while reducing manual handling of failed and returned payouts.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Business Development, product teams, and engineering; define service commitments and report on payout performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years with payments, payouts, or money movement products.
• Experience owning a platform product whose primary customers were other teams or developers.
• Understanding of payout rails and partners, including settlement timing, returns, failure modes, and partner SLAs.
• Experience taking third-party integrations from evaluation to production with engineering and commercial teams.
• Comfort with SQL and defining and tracking reliability and cost metrics.
• Ability to explain product trade-offs to engineers, operations teams, and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Latin American payment rails such as SPEI, PIX, or ACH-style bank transfers.
• Experience with crypto or stablecoin rails for payouts or settlement.
• Working knowledge of payments compliance, including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.
