Product Lead (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, with regular travel throughout the United States; approximately 50%+ on the road and 2–4 weeks at a time embedded on-site.

Annual US base salary: $150,000–$220,000 plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for key products and initiatives.
• Identify scaling bottlenecks and design and ship products and workflows that remove them.
• Drive build-versus-buy decisions for tooling and systems that support automation and scale.
• Spend time on-site with operators to understand workflows and translate insights into product decisions.
• Own execution end to end, including timelines, alignment, and accountability across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, including product management experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Understanding of high-quality software and exceptional user experiences.
• Track record of shipping products that solve operational or customer problems.
• Comfort with pricing, margins, P&L tradeoffs, product specifications, and roadmaps.
• Ability to align stakeholders with different priorities and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Willingness to spend approximately 50% of the time traveling and working on-site with operators.
