Product Lead (AI)

Location: USA (Remote)

Salary: $185,000–$270,000 per year; total compensation also includes tokens, equity compensation, benefits, and eligibility for annual equity and token refresh grants.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize customer problems that agentic products can solve, and lead customer discovery with the CTO.
• Create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
• Test concepts with customers, refine product experiences and value propositions, and support pilots or sales conversations.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
• Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and go-to-market strategy with sales and the broader team.
• Design understandable experiences for agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight while defining measures for customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or a related field.
• Track record of taking new products from ambiguous opportunities through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
• Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
• Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
• Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
• Commercial judgment, including experience with packaging, pricing, positioning, or go-to-market decisions.
• Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
• Hands-on working style and ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
• Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
