Lead Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: USA-MA-Remote; other hiring locations include offices and remote options across the United States. The role may require onsite interviews at a hirify.global office.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD base salary, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Define and drive the growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement.
• Own growth OKRs and identify high-impact opportunities to increase clinician adoption.
• Improve discovery, access, onboarding, and activation across web, mobile, enterprise, and EHR channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, product, engineering, and data teams.
• Support go-to-market activities, including messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for AI capabilities.
• Use experimentation, cohort analysis, instrumentation, and user research to improve conversion, engagement, and early retention.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including growth, acquisition, or user engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success improving user adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to prioritize product decisions.
• Technical fluency and the ability to partner effectively with engineering and data teams.
• Experience working across multiple functions and in complex or enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or provider-facing products.
• Familiarity with clinician workflows and barriers to technology adoption.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, including LLM-based features.
• Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or similar regulatory environments.
