Agent Connectivity Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, or elsewhere in the United States

Salary: $160,000–$262,500 per year, depending on US compensation tier; equity offered.

hirify.global builds durable execution and workflow orchestration technology and is expanding its platform for AI agents and service connectivity.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Nexus, hirify.global’s connectivity layer across teams, namespaces, services, and AI systems.
• Drive current initiatives including Nexus developer experience, standalone Nexus operations, connector foundations, caller identity, rate limits, and payload encryption.
• Research agent-builder problems and translate customer, field, and open-source signals into product opportunities and platform bets.
• Balance SDK ergonomics, schema-first contracts, code generation, service discovery, security, visibility, and control-plane requirements.
• Work closely with the founder/CTO, engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to launch and enable Nexus capabilities.
• Define success metrics such as activated accounts, completed Nexus operations, shared-service usage, SDK coverage, and design-partner progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, workflow orchestration, service-to-service communication, APIs, SDKs, identity, and authorization.
• Experience with platforms, infrastructure, developer tools, integrations, service mesh, API gateways, or cloud developer products.
• Experience working at a startup, high-growth company, or similarly intense and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to lead product strategy, customer discovery, cross-functional execution, and launch enablement.

• Experience working with AI agents, developer platforms, connector ecosystems, or service connectivity products.
