Annual base salary: USD 68,800–110,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, debug, and maintain low-level firmware for storage controllers, with a focus on RAID functionality on ARM-based microprocessors.
• Develop features for storage products supporting PCIe, NVMe, and/or SAS/SATA protocols.
• Support product solution validation and firmware release activities.
• Gather and analyze logs to identify and resolve functional, performance, and data integrity issues.
• Participate in feature design and implementation reviews and collaborate with hardware and validation teams on system integration.
• Troubleshoot low-level firmware and hardware interaction issues using DSTREAM and logical analyzers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in C.
• Working knowledge of embedded ARM processors.
• Experience using AI/LLM-based tools in an embedded firmware workflow, including AI coding assistants for code generation, review, and debugging, AI-assisted test-case generation, and AI-assisted documentation.

Nice to have

• Assembly language experience.
