Technical Program Manager (Brokerage)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York, NY and Menlo Park, CA offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. The position is also listed for Toronto, Canada. Compensation zones include additional US locations.

Base pay: $140,000–$165,000 USD in Zone 1; $123,000–$145,000 USD in Zone 2; $110,000–$129,000 USD in Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive execution across multiple cross-functional engineering teams from kickoff through launch.
• Own program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, keeping them visible to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product, design, customer experience, operations, engineering, and Brokerage leadership.
• Write clear narratives, status updates, and executive-ready communications about complex technical work.
• Identify gaps, resolve blockers, and maintain program momentum with minimal oversight.
• Help shape TPM planning, execution, launch, and AI-enabled workflows for dependency management, risk detection, launch readiness, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, driving complex cross-functional engineering programs.
• Strong understanding of system design and the ability to follow and contribute to engineering discussions; coding is not required.
• Working familiarity with AWS and core infrastructure concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including concise narratives and executive-ready updates that translate complex technical work.
• Strong ownership of outcomes, initiative to identify next steps, close gaps, and resolve blockers, and a proven record of following through on commitments until problems are resolved.
• Ability to work beyond a narrowly defined scope when program needs require it.
• Strong organizational skills for creating structure and clarity across complex, multi-team programs without unnecessary process.
• Curiosity and excitement about using AI as part of the work.
