VIP Account Manager with German (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, or Serbia

What you will do

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and CRM tools.
• Promote company products and services to high-value clients and convert leads into long-term customers through negotiation.
• Develop initiatives that improve client satisfaction, retention, growth, and engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor client activity, identify growth opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

• Native or C1+ German fluency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Mandatory CySEC Basic Certificate.
• Proven experience working for a CySEC-regulated company.
• Experience in the Forex/CFD industry, preferably in VIP account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with regulated EU clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High responsibility, professionalism, and attention to regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

• CySEC Advanced Certificate.
