Human Resources Manager - Distribution

What you will do

• Partner with distribution center leadership to align people strategy with business goals and advise managers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Lead employee relations, including coaching, investigations, issue resolution, performance management, recognition, and corrective action.
• Support high-volume hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, training, compliance, safety, and development programs for hourly and salaried roles.
• Monitor headcount, turnover, attendance, and staffing trends; support compensation and payroll processes.
• Drive engagement, retention, succession planning, leadership development, organizational change, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop the HR team, manage HR projects and timelines, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a relevant equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive HR management experience.
• Previous HR support experience in a high-volume distribution center or manufacturing environment.
