Human Resource Business Partner

Location: St. Louis, Clayton, Missouri, United States; four days of in-office collaboration Monday–Thursday and remote flexibility on Fridays

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy and talent programs with enterprise and business goals.
• Coach managers on organizational design, development planning, workforce planning, performance management, and related topics.
• Manage workforce planning, headcount tracking, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and calibration meetings.
• Support talent acquisition, retention strategies, career development, learning initiatives, and talent pipeline development.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues while supporting an inclusive and positive work environment.
• Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and global HR teams on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a consultative HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting matrixed organizations and working with compensation planning, organizational design, employee relations, employee development, performance management, and employment laws.
• Ability to manage complex issues and competing deadlines, communicate across organizational levels, influence stakeholders, and manage conflict.
• Ability to develop, attract, and assess talent and provide practical recommendations based on client needs.
• Ability to work from the St. Louis, Clayton office four days per week, with remote work available on Fridays.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• SHRM certification such as PHR or SPHR.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Workday, sales organizations, or sales compensation and incentive plans.
