Project Manager (Chemistry/Life Sciences)

Location: US-DE-Wilmington; remote work option available. Travel required: 10% of the time.

Salary: $133,120–$208,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects assigned by the Project Management Center of Excellence Director.
• Own project objectives, planning, execution, and delivery across Chemistries and Supplies projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and alignment across R&D, Marketing, Operations, business leaders, and project teams.
• Manage project communications, stakeholder relationships, team issues, status reports, dashboards, and product group roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing, OFS, and R&D points of contact on roadmap planning.
• Support portfolio management implementation and share project management best practices within the PMCoE.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Chemistry or Life Sciences.
• Technical background in spectroscopy, chromatography, chemical or biological standards, or life sciences.
• 8+ years of experience in the chemical or life science industry.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills in collaboration, negotiation, and networking.
• Demonstrated skills in meeting facilitation, project planning, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer solutions by transforming broad concepts into structured programs.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Consumables business experience.
• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
