Procurement & Data Analytics Trainee

What you will do

• Support Omterra procurement transition activities and update related documentation.
• Assist the Strategic Buyer with gathering, updating, and following up on supplier contracts.
• Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and maintain related records.
• Create and maintain procurement dashboard reporting using digital tools and factory KPIs.
• Support strategic procurement data analysis, reporting, presentations, and progress updates.
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization projects.

Requirements

• Academic bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Recently graduated or no more than 1 year of experience.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
• Data analysis or dashboard management skills.
• Self-driven approach, eagerness to learn, problem-solving, negotiation, market and data analysis, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent or advanced English at B1 level.

Nice to have

• Internship or practical experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Data Analytics, or cross-functional projects.
• SAP experience.
