Learning & Development Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid; requires working from the San Francisco office two days a week. Salary ranges vary by work location, including the San Francisco Bay Area and California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.

Annual base salary: $141,000–$194,000 for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $126,000–$173,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Own and scale complex, ambiguous, high-visibility learning programs and initiatives from design through delivery.
• Design and develop engaging in-person, blended, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences.
• Coordinate stakeholders and global learning and development principles to create effective learner experiences.
• Plan, deliver, document, govern, market, and manage learning programs across different modalities, cohort sizes, and structures.
• Establish program metrics, milestones, adoption goals, skill progression measures, behavior-change indicators, and business-impact measures.
• Manage reporting, budgets, resources, stakeholder communications, program health, and continuous improvement of the learning technology stack.

Requirements

• Ability to own multiple large-scale and/or company-wide programs and initiatives with autonomy.
• Ability to bring new programs to life based on current and future business needs and goals.
• Experience planning and communicating program initiatives, updates, status, and health to stakeholders.
• Ability to use internal research, external research, and stakeholder partnerships to inform learning initiatives.
• Ability to analyze program data, report results to senior leadership, and make clear recommendations about future investment.
