What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated residential property portfolio.
• Use the hirify.global CRM as the primary platform for portfolio management.
• Maintain service standards across maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and inspections.
• Negotiate landlord and tenant deposit deductions and refer matters to TDS when necessary.
• Resolve landlord, tenant, and contractor issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the portfolio complies with UK safety legislation and housing standards.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with technology adoption.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
• High resilience and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations.
• Experience in a tech-enabled environment.
• Experience with multiple CRMs.
