Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery

Location: Remote in Canada; Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario only. Certain roles may require up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Manage delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects, including projects using hirify.global products and solution accelerators.
• Lead solution definition by guiding customers and delivery teams on use cases and business outcomes.
• Transition customers from sales to delivery by reviewing SOWs and partner-funding POs, defining project roles, and facilitating kickoff and onboarding.
• Plan and monitor project financials, scope, and schedules, and manage change-related delivery activities.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, facilitate status meetings, and manage customer relationships and project team members.
• Document and report measured outcomes for live solutions before project closeout while staying informed about internal Agentforce initiatives, products, and solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS across all phases of project delivery.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation and sizing, as well as SOW and Change Order contracting.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Demonstrated experience writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope.
