  • Identify risks and roadblocks early, propose mitigations or options, and provide decision-ready updates to Implementation leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Define and monitor launch KPIs, analyze program and practice-level data, account for data-capture limitations, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Align Product, Implementation, Field, Sales, and Support on launch priorities, handoffs, business rationale, and practice-facing communication.
  • Use automation and AI solutions to streamline reporting, reduce manual tracking, create reusable templates and playbooks, and establish quality controls for AI-assisted workflows.
  • Coach Implementation team members on program challenges and contribute to interviewing, onboarding, and cross-team initiatives.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, program management, project management, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of ambulatory EHR environments and their impact on clinical workflows and data exchange.
  • Proficiency with program and project tracking or reporting tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10–25% to partner practices, cross-functional meetings, and headquarters as needed.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise healthcare or professional-services structures, identify decision-makers, influencers, and blockers, and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate complex project statuses, technical requirements, and value propositions to audiences ranging from C-suite executives to administrative staff.
  • Ability to negotiate timelines and process changes, manage expectations, adapt communication and project strategies, and lead cross-functional teams without compromising internal resources.

  • Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based delivery experience.
  • Experience with AI-assisted program management tools, automated reporting, or API-based system integration.
  • ACO or value-based care program experience, including Promoting Interoperability and quality measure reporting.
  • Experience influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation for high-value enterprise accounts in SaaS or professional services, ideally population health or value-based care tools.
  • Experience managing large-scale healthcare or legal practices or similar professional verticals.
