Customer Program Manager, Executive Briefings

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with additional onsite presence required when briefings take place.

Annual salary: $255,000–$320,000 USD.

What you will do

• Own the executive briefing program at the assigned location, including calendars, capacity planning, intake, prioritization, and service-level agreements.
• Qualify strategic accounts and lead discovery with account teams to create tailored agendas aligned with customer objectives and evaluation stages.
• Design briefing narratives, discussion topics, speaker lineups, technical demonstrations, and day-of customer experiences.
• Build and manage the local speaker bench, including sourcing, matching, preparation, and capacity management.
• Develop playbooks, tooling, operating standards, and best practices that scale consistently across briefing centers.
• Track program metrics, reporting, account coverage, capacity, and influence on pipeline and expansion while coaching team members and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience running executive briefings, customer events, or comparable programs for senior external audiences.
• Program management experience covering intake, prioritization, capacity planning, concurrent programs, and service-level agreements.
• Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or other senior customer audiences.
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or tooling for consistent program operations.
• Ability to track, report, and communicate program metrics such as volume, coverage, and pipeline influence.
• Ability to work onsite at the briefing center when briefings take place. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience is required.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience building or scaling an executive briefing or similar customer-facing program at an enterprise technology company.
• Experience in a high-volume briefing environment and with Salesforce or comparable CRM and reporting tools.
• Experience managing speakers and speaker capacity across product, research, and executive teams.
• Experience working across time zones or multiple sites, and onboarding or coaching team members or contractors.
• Familiarity with AI products and enterprise evaluation and adoption processes.
