Operations Manager, Product Implementation (Digital Health)

Annual base salary: $106,000–$162,000

What you will do

• Lead the Product Implementation team within Provider Core Ops and manage team planning, delegation, performance, and development.
• Own the operational strategy and execution of product and policy changes across the full product lifecycle.
• Develop scalable product development and launch playbooks for complex, multi-channel rollouts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Service Line, and Systems Architecture leaders to align priorities and remove execution roadblocks.
• Ensure user-facing features are supported by Salesforce and EHR data infrastructure.
• Oversee change communications and enablement for providers and clinical operations teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related digital health or healthcare function.
• Direct people-management experience, including operational roadmaps, delegation, senior individual-contributor management, and mentoring.
• Experience with software development lifecycles, product rollouts, and tools such as Salesforce, EHR, Zendesk, Asana, and Jira.
• Experience working with clinicians, care providers, or clinical leadership in healthcare or digital health.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and experience using operational and product health metrics.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States.
