Senior Program Manager, Strategic Programs (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the roadmap for customer onboarding modernization across Property Tax, Hospitality, hirify.global for Accountants, 1099, and Excise workflows.
• Design and implement AI-first automations using LLMs, OCR, robotic process automation, and agentic workflows.
• Map end-to-end onboarding journeys to identify bottlenecks, technical debt, redundant handoffs, and cycle-time delays.
• Define operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for cycle time, first-time-right rate, manual touch time, and throughput.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specifications, epics, and user stories while partnering with product and engineering.
• Establish validation, exception handling, escalation, quality assurance, change management, and operational adoption practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Systems Architecture, or Operational Process Engineering within SaaS, fintech, or technology enterprises.
• Experience leading large-scale workflow optimization, value stream mapping, and integrations across CRM, ERP, ticketing, and custom operational platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI-enabled workflows, RPA, agentic pipelines, or LLM-based tools for business process automation.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, SDLC management, technical requirements, cross-functional dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with senior leaders, technical architects, and operational teams.
