Program Specialist (CMMI Programs)

Location: Remote within the United States, across all US time zones; willingness to travel to headquarters and other offsite meetings as needed, anticipated at less than 10% annually.

Salary: $80,000–$92,000 per year base, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day ACO REACH and LEAD operations, including Zendesk communications, ticket escalation, beneficiary voicemail, and documentation in Monday.com.
• Build and refine CMMI workflows and solutions in Monday.com for growth, SVA, contact, practice, provider, and CMS ticket processes.
• Use Medicare reports, calendars, Tableau, and Snowflake to create internal and external reports and presentation decks.
• Plan CMMI program deadlines and maintain Google Drive folders, calendars, access, and operational documentation.
• Support cross-functional initiatives, field team training, Project Turnkey coordination, telehealth implementation rollouts, and practice needs connected to CMMI operations.
• Communicate statuses, roadblocks, program updates, expected reports and funds, upcoming changes, and deadlines to stakeholders and the CMMI team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of progressive healthcare experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and move work forward when next steps are ambiguous.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
• Experience with data analytics using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel to hirify.global’s headquarters and other offsite meetings as needed, with less than 10% travel anticipated annually.
